Check your emails, including your junk box, once order is placed your order will be in your account and we will of sent you a email.
For collections once your order is ready for collection we will move your order to processed and email you telling you it’s ready for collection.
For orders for delivery we will mark your order as shipped and send you a email with the tracking number where applicable.

We will book for a collection via Royal Mail 48hr tracked the same working day, unless you have purchased a BOX Deal, please expect these 7-10 working days once you have placed your order.
We will mark as shipped in your account followed by a email that may fall into your Junk box so please check there.
